As a Master Mason, he brings a level of skill and precision to every project that can only come from decades of hands-on experience. Whether it's a structural repair, a full renovation, or a complex masonry build, Charles approaches every job with the same dedication to quality and craftsmanship that has earned him the trust of homeowners and property investors throughout Broward County. He is the backbone of LMB Companies' field operations — the person our clients rely on to get the job done right, every single time.
Jean Carlos brings a rare and powerful combination of real estate expertise, financial acumen, and community leadership to LMB Companies. A proud U.S. Navy Veteran, he has managed real estate portfolios worth tens of millions of dollars for large institutional entities and individual investors alike. His background in accounting gives property owners true peace of mind — knowing their investment is in the hands of someone who not only cares for their property, but has the expertise to stay abreast of evolving tax laws that directly impact their bottom line. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jean Carlos is deeply committed to the Coral Springs community: he currently serves as President of the Rotary Club of Coral Springs, sits on the Board of Trustees at the Community Chest of Coral Springs, and serves as Vice President of the Veterans Coalition of Coral Springs.
